As a professional sculpture manufacturer, Aongking strictly follows standardized processes from scheme confirmation to processing and shaping, ensuring that the sculpture meets high-quality delivery standards in terms of modeling accuracy, structural safety, and surface durability. The following is the core production process of the client’s work.

1. 3D Printing Model and Customer Confirmation.

Firstly, a 1:1 3D digital model is established based on the design drawings, and a scaled solid model is printed using SLA technology to visually display the overall shape, proportion relationship, and detail processing of the sculpture to the customer. After the customer confirms and signs, the model serves as the sole basis for subsequent skeleton layout and skin segmentation, ensuring that the final product is completely consistent with the design intent.

2. Skeleton Construction and Welding.

Design and construct an internal steel framework based on the stress structure and installation environment of the sculpture. The main keel uses rectangular tubes or I-beams, while the secondary keel uses square tubes or angle steels. All steel is accurately cut according to the coordinate points extracted from the digital model, and fully welded and assembled using CO ₂ gas shielded welding to ensure a sturdy structure and precise dimensions. After the skeleton welding is completed, the overall slag is removed, and two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer are sprayed to thoroughly prevent rust and provide stable and reliable support for the outer skin.

3. Stainless Steel Sheet Skin Forming

Select a 304 stainless steel plate, laser cut and cut according to the block design of the digital model, and then use an oil press or manual sheet metal hammer to process the flat plate into the desired curved shape. Weld the formed plates onto the skeleton in sequence, perform full welding using argon arc welding, and control deformation through segmented skip welding, symmetrical welding, and other methods. After all welding is completed, the weld seam is polished and polished, and surface effects such as mirror, wire drawing, or sandblasting are made according to design requirements. Finally, a nano anti-fingerprint protective layer is sprayed to complete the overall delivery.
